The JLA Approach
first step in any JLA effort is alignment of expectations
with our clients about both the outcomes of the project,
and the way it will be conducted - and we continue to
revisit these expectations throughout a project. The
assignment continues with a comprehensive business analysis
in the area defined by our client.
Once we have agreed on the nature and goals of the change
effort, we work actively with our clients, in the "thick
of things;' to ensure that program changes are effectively
integrated into the organization and will achieve the
results sought by the company. Underlying this effort
is the simple philosophy that people are what really
matter; they make changes real.
Our programs are designed in cooperation with the people
they affect - they are presented and implemented in
the context of the value they bring to the company,
to its employees, and to its customers.
